Work packages
1
Work package 1 implies project management and coordination, and is led by the applicant, the University of Rijeka.
In addition to managing and coordinating the entire project and all project activities and the activities of project bodies, the University of Rijeka is also in charge of communication with the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Croatia.

Work package 2 is managed by STEP RI Science and Technology Park of the University of Rijeka, with the focus on the implementation of Test before Invest activities.
The aim of the TBI activity is to check the possibilities and cost-effectiveness of applying digital technology in innovation or business.

Work package 3 deals with the organization and realization of educations related to digital skills.
The focus of this work package coordinated by the University of Rijeka is to strengthen the digital competences of users who are not experts in the use of information and communication technologies, but also IT experts.

Work package 4 includes activities to support digitalization, and is led by Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d.
Digitalization support activities include the Digital Maturity Assessment Questionnaire as the Zero Point of the Digital Transformation Process, EDIH Adria Bootcamps that will help users in identifying and developing project ideas for digital transformation, but also finding sources of (co-)financing and networking.

This work package aims to enable the growth and development of the entire EDIH Adria ecosystem, and the creation of cooperation with other members of the EDIH network, in order to enhance the effect of project activities and desired results. Within this work package, we will connect solution providers with their potential customers, thus trying to enable new business opportunities and the potential for business expansion.

Work Package 6, like Work Package 1, is horizontal and deals with dissemination, communication and outreach activities of project activities and results. The coordinator of this work package is the Rijeka Development Agency Porin.

Low-value aid; the total amount of which may not exceed €200,000 per undertaking, or €100,000 in the case of an undertaking engaged in road transport for hire or reward, in any period within three fiscal years.
In doing so, all de minimis aid shall be taken into account (aggregated) irrespective of the instrument, purpose and level of the de minimis granting authority.
