Particularly burdensome are repetitive tasks such as answering frequent e-mail queries, ordering patients and coordinating systematic examinations, which deprives medical and administrative staff of a significant part of their working time.<\/p><p>In parallel with the increase in the number of patients and the need for faster information processing, there is also the challenge of coordination with external partners, such as laboratories and diagnostic centres, who often work with different systems and the pace of response.
