Poich\u00e9 il trasporto pubblico non \u00e8 adattato in modo ottimale alle esigenze di tutti i residenti, un gran numero di famiglie dipende dalle automobili private. I cittadini pi\u00f9 anziani e i residenti privi di mezzi di trasporto propri hanno spesso difficolt\u00e0 ad accedere a servizi fondamentali quali l'assistenza sanitaria, l'istruzione e l'offerta. L'obiettivo del test era quello di esplorare le possibilit\u00e0 di introdurre il trasporto flessibile su richiesta (DRT), che consentirebbe un migliore collegamento delle parti remote dell'isola con l'insediamento di Cherso come centro urbano e ottimizzerebbe il trasporto pubblico in base alle reali esigenze degli utenti.<\/p><p><strong>Soluzioni<\/strong><\/p><p>Attraverso il programma <em>Test prima di investire<\/em> e con il sostegno di EDIH Adria, la citt\u00e0 di Cres ha testato una soluzione di trasporto digitale su richiesta che consentirebbe ai residenti di pianificare i loro viaggi in modo flessibile. \u00c8 stato testato il concetto del sistema DRT, che consente agli utenti di prenotare corse attraverso un'applicazione mobile, punti di prelievo predefiniti e algoritmi che ottimizzano i percorsi e riducono i costi operativi.<\/p><p>Il progetto prevedeva diverse fasi chiave:<\/p><ul><li>Indagine demografica per raccogliere dati sulle esigenze di trasporto<\/li><li>Creazione di un modello digitale di domanda di trasporto incentrato sulle rotte Beli-Cherso<\/li><li>Simulazione di sistemi DRT con diversi scenari di disponibilit\u00e0 del veicolo e frequenza di servizio<\/li><li>Elaborazione dei requisiti funzionali del sistema digitale, compresa l'applicazione per i passeggeri, i conducenti e la piattaforma operativa<\/li><\/ul><p>Durante i test sono state analizzate anche le buone pratiche di soluzioni analoghe nell'UE, quali: <em>Londra Dial-a-Ride<\/em> i <em>Progetto SUPERIORE<\/em>, per individuare le migliori strategie di attuazione.<\/p><p><strong>Risultati e benefici<\/strong><\/p><p>I test hanno dimostrato che l'introduzione del sistema DRT potrebbe migliorare significativamente la connettivit\u00e0 dei trasporti delle isole.
