Digital tools for office business optimization

The aim of the training is to introduce participants to various digital tools for office business optimization, encourage them to think about the importance of digital transformation and empower them with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful application of digital tools in practice.
The training includes an introduction to cloud work and its benefits, defines digital tools for organization, sharing and collaboration, and gives an overview of the main challenges in document and process management in companies.

Also, the training included an overview of the features and functionality of the most commonly used platforms for organizing, sharing and collaborating on documents for the purpose of keeping internal documentation and an overview of tools for the digitalisation of office operations - team and project management, digital document signing and process and task automation.
The training also included tips and options for transforming and migrating data from paper to digital and from audio to text.
For each topic, a demonstration of the selected tools and practical work of the participants on concrete examples and tasks is foreseen.
