AI-enabled digital communication with citizens

The aim of the training is to familiarize the participants with the possibilities of using social media and other digital channels for communication with citizens, as well as the possibilities of using generative AI as a help and support when communicating with citizens through digital channels. Participants will get acquainted with the basics of using social media for professional purposes (e.g. LinkedIn or Facebook), basic strategies of using social media to build a professional network and promote their own projects or organization, and useful metrics for monitoring performance.

Content of the training:

The topics covered by the training are:
• Introduction to the use of digital channels for communication with citizens (review of the importance of using social media and other digital channels for communication with citizens, analysis of case studies from the real business environment)
• Strategies of using social media for business purposes (basic strategies of using social media, tips & tricks for managing profiles on LinkedIn/Facebook to increase the reach and promotion of projects or organization, practical exercises)
• Application of artificial intelligence in communication with citizens (demonstration of tools, application of generative AI in content creation, writing notices, replying to e-mails and complaints, and analysis of citizens' letters, practical exercises).
• Discussion and conclusions (exchange of experiences and needs, discussion of challenges, examples of good practice and advice for further steps)
