Advanced use of GenAI technology for leaders and business teams

This training is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of the terminology and key characteristics of modern generative AI applications. Through a combination of demonstrations, examples and practical tasks, participants will explore language model architectures, prompt engineering, text vectorization, and security and reliability aspects of AI technologies. A special focus is dedicated to the integration of external data and good practices of using popular GenAI tools, both web-based and local services.

Content of the training:

Participants will go through the terminology and characteristics of modern GenAI applications, which will allow them to understand the areas of:

architecture of small and large language models
prompt engineering as a basis for all practical steps and skills that will be useful even after this education
Text vectorisation
reliability and safety aspects of language models
generating supported by retrieval of data from external sources with an emphasis on good practices of using the same method
the most popular GenAI tools available today via the web
the most popular work environment available through local service

In addition to each area, they can apply knowledge themselves through demonstration, examples and short assignments.
