International Conference on Educational Technologies ‘GET THE POWER OF EDUCATION: Are We Educating for the Skills of the Future Today?’ took place in Split from Wednesday 17 May to Friday 19 May. The conference brought together innovative technologies at the service of knowledge, with the aim of combining new ideas and teaching methods in a creative and inspiring way and aligning them with the needs of Croatian schools and faculties and the labour market.
The focus of the EDIH Adria project on encouraging and facilitating the process of digitization of small and medium-sized enterprises and the public sector also raises the question of the staff that will make this transformation of the entrepreneurial system possible. Namely, without knowledge and appropriate competences, it is extremely difficult to carry out the process of digital transition in a quality manner.
Therefore, participating in this conference was an excellent opportunity to present the needs that small and medium-sized entrepreneurs have for education.
