How to identify a good project for process improvement?

Poorly selected or untimely initiated or unsuccessfully completed projects to improve the process or introduce some change in business can not only negatively affect the business and the flow of money, but can cause major problems in the organization and even lead organizations to bankruptcy.

Content of the training:

Organizations, when they want to make some change about their business, often have more questions (what?, how?, when?, in what way?, with whom?, in what time frame?, to what level?, ...) than answers.

We can say that the selection of good projects to improve the process not only belongs to the strategic decisions of the organization, but today, when changes are happening so quickly in the environment, it is imperative.

Only well-defined projects, which are aligned with the strategy and vision of the organization, which are launched in a timely manner, have a clear scope, a precisely defined time frame and a measurable goal have a chance to be successful.
