  • Get acquainted with the theoretical and practical basics of BPM, covering life cycle phases, modelling, measurement, analysis, process performance management and process organization to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

In addition, special emphasis will be placed on digital signature, a key element of digital business that is increasingly gaining in importance.
