DIT Bootcamp held in Split: Two days of intensive work on digital innovation and transformation

U the Technology Park Split, 13 and 14 March 2025, took place DIT Bootcamp for Digital Innovation and Digital Transformation in the organisation EDIH Adria, with support the Technology Park Split i RASt.

Bootcamp 5 registered users, among which are Phasor Engineering, Engasco, Black & White Solutions, The Second Island i Public Institution Local Development Agency Matica. The aim of the program was to help participants in the development of innovations and finding optimal solutions for the digitalisation of business through individualized work with mentors and practical workshops.

Structured program in two segments

The programme was divided into two key themes: digital innovation i digital transformation, and both segments followed a similar methodology:

The first day is focused on analyzing the current state of the participants' business, identifying project ideas, implementation challenges and defining the basic concept of innovation.
The second day focused on applying technology to business models, comparing innovations with existing solutions on the market and elaborating concrete project proposals and MFA (minimum sustainable product).

Mentors provided participants with individualised guidelines to help them develop digital solutions that respond to their specific needs. Through two dynamic workshops, the participants had the opportunity to develop your own projects, develop digital strategies and identify the next steps for testing and implementing solutions.

Bootcamp users came up with a variety of digital challenges and ideas:

Phasor Engineering explores the possibilities of using digital solutions in the distribution of electricity.
Engasco develops digital application IoT solution with telemetry and AI component of image analysis to improve the maintenance of vending machines for ice production.
Black & White Solutions develops an innovative reservation system for restaurants based on artificial intelligence.
The Second Island develops AI Stone Heritage Recognition System (dry walls, churches, kažuni, wells...) based on LIDAR photographs and ortho-photos.
LRA Matrix considers the digitalisation of services in its business incubator.
