Zagrebačka banka and HAMAG-BICRO signed the Business Cooperation Agreement, which gives micro, small and medium-sized enterprises the opportunity to obtain more favourable financing conditions, thereby accelerating economic growth and strengthening competitiveness.

Users of the EDIH Adria project, after completing the Digital Action Plan (DAP) and Financial Optimization Plan (FCO) through the “Test Before Invest” process, can use these benefits to finance future investments in the implementation of digital transformation and/or digital innovation projects. In addition to investment loans, the PLUS programme guarantees more favourable loans for working capital and the refinancing of existing loan liabilities in another bank.

HAMAG-BICRO guarantees:

  • Up to €2 million for investment loans (up to 80% the amount of the loan).
  • Up to EUR 1 million for working capital (up to 50% the amount of the loan).

The additional benefit includes an interest rate subsidy from the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for investment loans with a repayment period of at least 5 years for projects of green transition, digitalisation and strengthening competitiveness, with the possibility of a subsidy of up to 50% total interest.

The combination of EDIH Adria support and these financial instruments provides a strong incentive for entrepreneurs to realize digital and green innovation projects.
