Paperless business and digital signatures

Effective digital collection, storage, retrieval and processing of information within their organization and from various stakeholders, a way of optimizing work processes including human interaction with business applications or systems, accompanied by their digitization and automation, will be presented on the basis of the concept of DMS - Document management system, document management system and BPM - Business process management, business process management system.

Content of the training:

This course is designed to provide students with a basic understanding the benefits of the paper-to-digital transition while acknowledging data protection rules and the risks of digitalisation;.

Participants will gain insights into the capabilities of the document management system - how it provides support for scanning and filing of documents, how it supports the monitoring of internal circulation and creation of output documentation and reports, as well as the rules of storage, extraction and archives.

Participants will also be familiar with practical and theoretical basics business process management, from life cycle phases, ways and types of modelling, measurement and analysis, to process performance management and establishment of process organization, all with the aim of reducing costs, increasing efficiency and simplifying work procedures in the organization.

The foundation of digital business is a digital signature that is increasingly widely used and will reflect on this important aspect through the course.
