Participants will get acquainted with different AI models for generating text, images, speech, music and videos, and will learn how to apply them in different everyday business situations. Also, the training will include an introduction to prompt engineering, a technique for optimizing the use of generative AI.
The topics covered by the training are:
• Introduction to generative AI (definition, purpose, capabilities of AI, understanding the risks, limitations and importance of responsible use of AI)
• Application of generative AI in the business environment (creating different types of content and process automation, real-world examples)
• Introduction to prompt engineering (optimized use of generative AI, use of ChatGPT and MS Copilot)
• Practical exercises and work on real examples (Copilot 365, tips with efficient use, practical examples from business practice, protection of private and business data)
• Discussion and conclusions (exchange of experiences and needs, discussion of challenges, examples of good practice and advice for further steps)
