Strategic planning
Strategic planning is a continuous organizational process of using available knowledge to document the planned direction of business. It is used to prioritise, allocate resources efficiently, align shareholders and employees with the organisation’s objectives and ensure that these objectives are supported by data and sound reasoning. Strategic planning requires time, effort and constant reassessment. With the right attention, it can set your business on the right track.
Content of the training:
The aim of this course is to acquire and improve basic planning skills at strategic level from getting acquainted with the basic concepts, defining the mission and vision, using strategic analysis tools as a prerequisite for determining strategic goals and choosing how to achieve them, risk management as an indispensable part of the planning phase of business, to establishing performance indicators and monitoring execution, i.e. achieving agreed goals, and directing business in the desired direction.
Participants will be informed about the key activities that need to be carried out in order to a Quality Long-Term Planning Act It will facilitate strategic planning within its organisations.
At the same time, participants will be acquainted with the hierarchy of planning acts, which includes the necessity of putting operational acts in the function of realizing strategic commitments.
