AI tools in business are increasingly present in everyday work. We use them to write e-mails, prepare documents, analyze information, research and many other tasks. But in addition to the possibilities they offer, their application also raises a number of practical questions: What data can we enter into AI tools? How do you know if the answer is reliable? What if the AI invents a fact, source or legal provision? When should the decision be left to man?
Through specific business situations and practical examples, we will show where the most common mistakes occur when using generative artificial intelligence, how to recognize them and how to reduce risks in everyday work.
What will you learn?
The focus of education is not on one specific tool, but on good practices that you can apply regardless of which AI tool you use.
Through demonstrations and examples you will learn:
- how to better formulate queries, give AI the necessary context and get more useful and relevant answers;
- how to choose the appropriate AI tool for a specific task,
- why AI sometimes provides inaccurate or completely fabricated information and how to identify it,
- what data you should not enter in publicly available AI tools,
- how to check AI-generated e-mail, quote, report or other business content before using,
- when generative AI is a good choice and when human assessment is needed,
- how to handle AI-generated content, personal and confidential data and copyright responsibly;
- what is the difference between public and business versions of AI tools.
We'll touch and GDPR and EU AI Act, focusing on what their requirements mean in practice for organisations using AI in their daily work.

The education is intended entrepreneurs, administrative and office employees, and anyone who uses or wants to start using AI and other digital tools for a more efficient day-to-day business.
No prior technical knowledge is required to participate.
