EDIH Adria is therefore organising a four-day online training course ‘Digital and AI tools for office business’, focusing on the practical application of tools that can facilitate day-to-day office work – from the production of business documents and promotional materials to the automation of administrative processes, project organisation, meetings and team cooperation.
Education is divided into four practical modules, and through demonstrations, exercises and real business scenarios, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the tools and ways of their application that they can transfer into their own work environment.

Module 1: Creating and processing business documents using AI tools
The module focuses on the practical application of generative artificial intelligence for the creation, editing and processing of business documentation and everyday business communication. Students will learn how to effectively use AI tools to quickly create quality business content, while adapting to different business situations, target groups and communication channels. Special emphasis is placed on effectively structuring the requirements according to AI tools, adjusting the tone and style of communication and using advanced features that significantly accelerate everyday office work.
Through real business scenarios, demonstrations and practical exercises, participants will learn how to create and edit business letters, offers, reports, meeting minutes, official letters, responses to user queries, e-mail communication and various types of internal and external business documents. It will show how to quickly summarize comprehensive documents or policies, extract key information from multiple sources, compare different versions of documents, adapt text to different target groups or levels of formalities, translate and localize content, correct style and grammar, and convert existing texts into tables, lists, or other more transparent formats.
Examples will cover different business sectors and typical situations from everyday work, such as answering user queries and complaints in sales, communicating with guests and preparing tourist information, preparing business documentation and internal procedures in manufacturing companies, preparing official letters and replies in public administration, designing tender documentation and creating various administrative and business materials for small and medium-sized enterprises. Module 2: Creating graphics and promotional materials for business using AI tools
The module focuses on practical application of AI and digital tools for fast production of professional visual and promotional materials intended for internal and external business communication. Students will learn how to use artificial intelligence to design content, create graphic solutions, prepare presentations and promotional materials, and adapt visual communication to different target groups and communication channels. Special emphasis is placed on accelerating the production process, maintaining a consistent visual identity of the organization and effectively combining AI tools for creating textual and visual content.
Through real business scenarios, demonstrations and practical exercises, participants will learn how to create posts for social networks, promotional leaflets, posters, brochures, infographics, business presentations, visuals for websites and newsletters, and simple promotional campaigns. It will show how to design a slogan or campaign with the help of AI, generate content and visual identity suggestions, adapt existing graphics to different formats, create professional presentations from a short description, quickly prepare visual materials for meetings, educations or business events, and effectively combine text, images and graphic elements into a unique business communication.
Examples will cover different business sectors and typical situations from everyday work, such as the production of promotional materials for tourist destinations and events, the preparation of advertisements and sales campaigns for small and medium-sized enterprises, the production of leaflets and presentations for manufacturing companies, the preparation of visual materials for education and conferences, the design of public calls, notices and information materials in public administration, and the creation of content for websites and social networks of various organizations. Practical examples will show how AI can significantly accelerate the preparation of professional marketing and communication materials, even for users who do not have previous experience in graphic design.
During the module, participants will practically work in several leading AI and digital tools for creating visual content and get to know their possibilities, differences and most common application scenarios. Through demonstrations and practical tasks, they will adopt useful work techniques, advanced functionalities and “tips & tricks” that will enable them to produce quality graphics, presentations and promotional materials faster for different business needs. Examples of tools: Canva, Gamma, Adobe Express, Ideogram, Nano Banana, Opus, Claude and ChatGPT.
Module 3: Automation of administration, business processes and repetitive tasks
The module is aimed at reducing administrative burden through automation of routine business processes and more efficient connection of digital tools used daily in office business. Students will learn to identify tasks that can be automated, understand the basic principles of creating automated workflows, and use modern no-code platforms to connect different applications without the need for programming. Special emphasis is placed on optimizing business processes, reducing the possibility of errors, saving time and increasing the efficiency of everyday work.
Through real business scenarios, demonstrations and practical exercises, participants will learn how to automate the processing of data collected through forms, automatic sending of certificates and notifications, connecting e-mails to business applications, data synchronization between different systems, organization and storage of documents, creation of simple approval processes, automatic creation of tasks after the request has been received and connecting various business tools into a unique workflow. Through practical examples, it will be shown how to create automated processes such as receiving applications for education or events, processing inquiries received through the web form, automatically replying to users, storing and organizing business documents, receiving invoices and forwarding for approval, making notifications to employees and synchronizing data between different business systems.
Examples will cover different business sectors and typical everyday situations, such as the automatic processing of orders and customer queries in sales, the reception of reservations and the sending of certificates in tourism, the collection and processing of internal requests in manufacturing companies, the automation of administrative procedures in public administration, the organisation of trainings and events, and the connection of forms, tables, e-mails, calendars and other business applications to SMEs. The emphasis will be on understanding the business process and identifying activities that can be automated, so that learners can adapt the acquired knowledge to their own business needs and work environment.
During the module, participants will practically work in several leading tools for business process automation and get to know their possibilities, differences and most common application scenarios. Through demonstrations and practical tasks, they will adopt useful work techniques, advanced functionalities and “tips & tricks” to create their own automated workflows, which they will be able to immediately apply in their own organisation. Examples of tools: Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate and n8n.
Module 4: Digital tools for project management, meetings and team cooperation
The module focuses on the application of AI and digital tools for more efficient project planning, teamwork organization, task management and structuring of business information. Students will learn how to plan activities, assign tasks, monitor work progress, coordinate team collaboration and manage business knowledge with the help of modern AI functionalities. Particular emphasis is placed on better work organisation, more efficient internal communication, monitoring the performance of obligations and easier information management within the organisation.
Through real business scenarios, demonstrations and practical exercises, participants will learn how to plan projects and define their phases, automatically elaborate tasks and subtasks, set priorities, distribute activities among team members, monitor deadlines and progress of execution, and create clear project panels and reports. It will show how to use AI for the preparation of meeting agendas, automatic transcription and summarization of meetings, outsourcing of agreed activities and responsible persons, development of action plans and organization of business knowledge through simple internal databases of information that allow quick search and sharing of knowledge within the organization.
Examples will cover different business sectors and typical everyday work situations, such as planning and monitoring sales activities, organising tourism events and coordinating teams, managing production projects and internal development activities, coordinating administrative procedures in public administration, and organising daily work in SMEs. Through one full business scenario, the participants will go through the entire life cycle of the project – from the initial elaboration of the idea and planning of activities, through the allocation of tasks and monitoring their implementation, to conducting meetings, automatically drafting minutes, defining action tasks and drafting the final report. In this way, they will see how different AI tools can be connected into a unique system that supports the day-to-day work of the team and project management.
During the course of the module, participants will practically work in several modern project management tools, meetings and business knowledge and get to know their AI capabilities, differences and most common application scenarios. Through demonstrations and practical tasks, they will adopt useful work techniques, advanced functionalities and “tips & tricks” that will help them plan projects more efficiently, organise team collaborations and manage business information in their own organisation. Examples of tools: Monday, ClickUp, Notion AI, Otter AI, Fireflies AI and Asana AI.
