The introduction of AI into business is happening more and more quickly, often even before the company makes a clear decision on how, where and under what conditions to use AI.
Before choosing a specific AI solution or supplier, it is necessary to know what business problem we want to solve, whether we have the right data, what AI can do on its own, where human control must remain and how we will assess whether the investment brings real value.
In the online lecture "What to know and decide before AI enters the company", you will learn what decisions to make before introducing AI and how to assess whether its application makes sense for a specific business process.

Through practical business examples, you will learn how to identify a high-quality AI use case, assess data and organization readiness, determine an acceptable level of AI autonomy, and understand key risks.
The lecture will also cover one of the important decisions that companies face: buy an existing AI solution, customize an available platform or develop your own solution, as well as how to select suppliers and test AI solutions before investing more.
