We are proud to announce a tailor-made education programme as part of the EDIH Adria project! The first such program was created for employees of the City of Pula, with the participation of representatives of Istrian health centers.
We recognized the need to develop employee competencies in the field of operations management and created a comprehensive program consisting of 5 lectures lasting 4 hours. The aim is to enable students to master basic skills in managing business processes.

The program was prepared and implemented by the coordinator of the EDIH Adria project, Gordan Krčelić in front of the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula. Education was dynamic and interactive.
