DAP & FCO

DAP creation service includes support in the development of digitalization action plans for users, describing project milestones, timeline of realization, resources needed, activities and costs as well as identification of potential suppliers, technology integrators and maintenance requirements. The objectives of the DAP are to define clear guidelines and steps for the digital transformation of the organization.

FCO assessment service includes making an assessment of the financial capacity of users as well as familiarizing users with available financial sources and the advantages and disadvantages of individual financial sources.

After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you and help you with the application and filling out the forms given by MINGO.

Small and medium-sized enterprises provide the following completed forms:

  1. Request to use the service DAP and FCO Edih Adria
  2. State aid application
  3. Applicant's summary declaration
 
Note: It has also been published Statement of unaltered circumstances which the applicant is not obliged to fill in when applying for this Public Call, but is obliged to submit at the invitation of the Ministry of the Economy, as the provider of state aid.

Public authorities and entities not engaged in an economic activity provide the following completed forms:

  1. Request to use the service DAP and FCO EDIH Adria
  2. Declaration on the non-renewal of an economic activity

what is

de minimis?

Low-value aid; the total amount of which may not exceed €200,000 per undertaking, or €100,000 in the case of an undertaking engaged in road transport for hire or reward, in any period within three fiscal years.

In doing so, all de minimis aid shall be taken into account (aggregated) irrespective of the instrument, purpose and level of the de minimis granting authority.
