EDIH Adria is one of the European Digital Innovation Hubs, one-stop-shops for businesses and public sector organisations. With our help, users will be able to access or test innovations, acquire the necessary digital skills, get advice on funding support... Different profiles of consortium members guarantee the best possible service for future users who, depending on the challenge they face, will get the best possible path towards digital transformation of the organization and improving their business.

the EDIH Adria Consortium Global Technology Leaders (Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. and Infobip d.o.o.), two scientific and research institutions (University of Rijeka and University of Pula), Entrepreneurial Support Institution (STEP RI Science and Technology Park of the University of Rijeka) and local development agency for the development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial incubator system (Rijeka Development Agency Porin – formerly Smart RI d.o.o.).

Consortium members bring to the project their accumulated experience and experts of different profiles who will direct their skills and knowledge towards solving the challenges of service users. In addition to the necessary experts, we also have the necessary equipment and laboratories that will be used for testing new products and services which our users have developed or are planning to develop.

Our Academic Partners University of Rijeka i Juraj Dobrila University of Pula For many years, they have been educating in the STEM field and creating new professionals.

In addition to excellent researchers and scientists (for example, the University of Rijeka has almost 90 researchers which can be included in the project depending on the specific needs of the potential beneficiary), and strong national and international partners, it is worth highlighting BURA supercomputer University of Rijeka, which is used for various purposes, and will be available to experts from the EDIH Adria consortium. In addition, there are 3D printers and others Equipment worth over EUR 50 million. It is also worth highlighting the support of the Center for Artificial Intelligence of the University of Rijeka, which brings together 75 scientists dealing with Artificial Intelligence and questions cybersecurity.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. is the leading regional supplier of information and communication products and services, and the largest Croatian exporter of knowledge.

It is a company with exceptional experience in implementation automation process, optimization and powered operations Artificial Intelligence, and the services based on 4G/5G technologies and the development of innovative platform solutions. In addition to the infrastructure for the development and testing of innovations and the support of experts, Ericsson Nikola Tesla brings significant experience acquired in the implementation of numerous solutions in the health systems of Croatia or the wider region.

The first Croatian unicorn allows Digital transformation of the private and public sector globally, and their team of experts shapes the future of user experience globally. Among the impressive references of Infobip is their work in the start-up community (Infobip Startup Tribe), as well as an intensive effort aimed at networking developers (Shift Conference as a conference that brings together the largest number of developers of Southeast Europe every year).

As the leading Croatian business support organization, STEP RI University of Rijeka Science and Technology Park has a rich experience in the organization and realization of a whole range of educations and events, but also in the application of numerous methodologies for digital transformation.

Rijeka Development Agency Porin d.o.o. In the project EDIH Adria participates with many years of experience in providing support to small and medium-sized enterprises and developing innovations. By taking over Smart RI, Porin has further strengthened its role in the development and implementation of advanced technological solutions

Both Step Ri and RRA Porin (formerly Smart RI) offer EDIH Adria users consultancy services and support in the development of technological solutions and their application in business and/or market positioning.
