Preparatory activities
Through preparatory activities, we will try to find the best candidates for testing activities through active two-way communication with organizations that plan to embark on the process of digital transformation, in order to jointly detect the project idea or solutions and Prepared for later activities within Test before Invest activities.
The zero point of the preparatory activities is Digital readiness test an organisation that allows the assessment and monitoring of the development process of an individual organisation free of charge. Furthermore, preparatory activities include the so-called Bootcamps related to digital innovation or transformation, where in a conversation with experts from the EDIH Adria consortium, users will be able to find out first-hand what would be the first steps on the path of their organisation towards a digital transformation that will suit their needs and goals.
