The application of new technologies is no longer optional, the scope of jobs and their complexity is growing unstoppably, as well as the need for citizens to be informed in real time. It is particularly interesting that new technologies are better accepted in smaller communities, and why – so check out the webinar!
We will also present you concrete AI Agents that you can apply for co-financing of digitization of cities by the Ministry of Justice, Administration and Digital Transformation, which is currently in the preparation phase.

Theory and practice of introducing AI into business processes
• Results of research conducted within the EDIH ADRIA project
• Multifunctional AI agents – informing citizens, automation of LSGU business processes, advanced analytics, informing citizens in real time
• Practical examples from the EDIH ADRIA project (and beyond) – even for very small LGUs
• What about data protection and privacy rights, should the use of AI services – EU vs. USA – be encouraged?

Market of AI technologies in the Republic of Croatia
In the market of artificial intelligence (AI) in Croatia, as well as across the EU, we are seeing a strong growth of interest, especially in public administration where AI technologies can provide significant improvements in service delivery, operational efficiency and policy making with significant support from EU funds (important tenders for the digitalisation of public administration will be opened in the middle of this year).
In 2025, with the growing adoption of generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) and the concept of AI Agents, it can be a year of inflection – the mass application of AI agents in everyday work. According to a recent McKinsey study, 65% respondents regularly use Gen AI, which is almost twice as much as the previous year. The wide application of AI Agents can improve business functions such as marketing, sales and product development for businesses, or significantly improve services to citizens in the context of application in local self-government units.
