Public call for the use of the EDUCATION - EDIH Adria service has been published

The process of digital transformation of the company very often requires implementation new skills and knowledge for company employees. In order for EDIH Adria to provide its customers with complete service, and thus the success of the digital transformation process; trainings that accompany employees, management and experts are also offered in companies that become clients of EDIH Adria.

The trainings we will conduct are designed taking into account the needs of users, and different levels of prior knowledge will be taken into account, so the initial, intermediate and advanced level of education will be realized.

What kind of education does EDIH Adria offer?

The trainings will be directed towards existing employees with regard to the level of digital readiness of the organization, but also towards the strengthening of experts who will in the future be the drivers of the process of digital transformation of Adriatic Croatia and the drivers of the implementation of various digital solutions. Experts from project partners will offer training at several levels of expertise (basic, intermediate and advanced), and will cover the topics of organization of business and business processes, human resources management, internal and external communication, use of advanced technologies in business (AI, HPC, IoT...), etc.

Deadlines for registration?

Public call it is permanent and open from the date of its publication until 30 September 2025, i.e. until the funds are used up.

What does the public call application process look like?

Application to the Public Call for Proposals is carried out by filling out the forms published on the EDIH Adria website and sending them in the manner prescribed by the Public Call.

All interested applicants apply invite them to fill in the online form as an expression of interest (optional), after which the EDIH Adria team will contact them with instructions on further steps in the application.

What is the value of education?

The value of the education service depends on the type of education and amounts to:

TYPE OF EDUCATION VALUE
Training for employees – Basic – Workforce downstream trainings 150 €
Education for IT industry – Intermediate – digital workforce learning factory 200 €
Education of experts in the IT industryAdvanced - digital experts upstream trainings 300 €

but thanks to EU and MINGOR funding the service is free for SMEs, public authorities and entities not engaged in an economic activity.

The value of the service is expressed per day and per participant of the training. If the applicant (entrepreneur or public body) applies for more than one person for a particular training, the total value of the service is calculated by multiplying the value of the training by the number of registered participants. The amount of state aid is also calculated in the same way.
