We have decided to provide our future users with maximum assistance in administrative preparation and ensure the provision of a service tailored to the needs and capabilities of an individual organization, our potential user.
To ensure an individual approach, avoid mistakes and repetition of steps and reduce the administrative burden, the first step in this process will be to fill out a simple form Expression of interest who will:
After Fill in the online form as soon as possible, a representative of EDIH Adria will contact you and give you all the necessary information and guide you through the further steps of preparation and application to the Public Call. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with, among other things, up-to-date contact information in the form so that we can contact you back.
After receiving the expression of interest and the assessment of the digital maturity of the organization and the evaluation of the expression of interest, a decision is made on the (non)acceptance of the Statement of Interest by the University of Rijeka as the EDIH Adria Coordinator, which will complete the first phase of this process.
If the opinion of the Commission is positive and the potential user is recognized as an acceptable partner, we will define the team members who will perform the Test before Invest service, as well as the exact number of days of service provision, as well as all remaining important information, and we will support the potential user in filling in and collecting the documentation determined by the public call, in order to save time, resources and reduce the administrative burden on the potential user. The potential user, with the support of our team members, is moving to the second phase of the Public Call.
In case the potential user is not eligible to apply for the Test before Invest service, EDIH Adria members will refer him to other services offered by our consortium or to another member of the network of European Digital Innovation Hubs.

Low-value aid; the total amount of which may not exceed €200,000 per undertaking, or €100,000 in the case of an undertaking engaged in road transport for hire or reward, in any period within three fiscal years.
