The Test before Invest service allows organizations to evaluate the opportunities and benefits of applying digital technology before investing significant resources. Through an individualized approach tailored to the needs of each organization, a public call for this service is carried out in TWO OBLIGATIONAL PHASE.

In the first phase, potential users express their interest only by filling in the online form

After reviewing the submitted data, the Committee assesses the eligibility of the applicant. Eligible applicants will be notified so that they can proceed to the second phase of the Public Call.

Phase 2 of the process is responding to the Public Call and submitting the necessary documentation that you can find below.

After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you and help you with the application and filling out the forms given by MINGO.

Small and medium-sized enterprises and Small mid-caps provide the following completed forms:

  1. State aid application
  2. Summary declaration of the aid applicant
 
Note: It has also been published Statement on unchanged circumstances which the applicant is not obliged to fill in when applying for this Public Call, but is obliged to submit at the invitation of the Ministry of the Economy, as the provider of state aid.

Public authorities and entities not engaged in an economic activity provide the following completed forms:

Annex 1: State aid scheme to implement the activities of the European Digital Innovation Hubs aimed at providing services to entrepreneurs;

Application documents for the second phase can be:

1. Verify with an electronic signature and submit via e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@edihadria.eu or

2. To be signed and stamped and delivered in a sealed envelope by hand or by registered mail to the following address:

what is

de minimis?

Low-value aid; the total amount of which may not exceed €200,000 per undertaking, or €100,000 in the case of an undertaking engaged in road transport for hire or reward, in any period within three fiscal years.

In doing so, all de minimis aid shall be taken into account (aggregated) irrespective of the instrument, purpose and level of the de minimis granting authority.
