A public call for the use of the ‘test before invest’ service – EDIH Adria has been published.

Apply for (free) use of the Test before invest (TBI) service of EDIH Adria if you want to improve your business by applying digital technology or need support in the development of new digital products and services, and before spending significant resources you want to test the success, sustainability and cost-effectiveness of a potential solution.

Contact us if you are:

• micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• a small mid-cap company (hereinafter: mid-caps) and
• public bodies and entities not engaged in economic activity;

Deadlines for registration?

Public call it is permanent and open from the date of its publication until 30 September 2025, i.e. until the funds are used up.

What does the public call application process look like?

The application is carried out in 2 stages. The first stage is submission of expressions of interest, and the second stage Requesting the use of the service.
If you want to become a user of our services - please fill in Expression of interest online. We will ask you basic information about you and your digitization project.

What happens after that?

We will contact you, carry out a DMA analysis and assist you in your further application, if you qualify as a TBI candidate. If you are not eligible for TBI, we will refer you to some of our other services, other EDIH in our network. Once you have received the decision to accept the Expression of Interest - you can submit a request to use the services and the relevant documentation (completed forms). Applications are sent by post to the University of Rijeka.

What documents do I have to submit in my application?

For starters, just Expression of interest through our website.
In the second stage, once you have received our decision to accept interest - you are submitting a full application for which you can complete the documentation find online.

What is the value of the TBI service?

The value of the service is 1000 EUR per working day, but thanks to EU and MINGOR funding:

  • The service shall be free of charge for SMEs, public authorities and entities not engaged in an economic activity.
  • The service is provided at a reduced price to small mid-caps (EUR 250 per working day).
