Employee onboarding – what, how and when to do

Having the right people in the right place is a key factor for the productivity and success of any organization. In order to achieve the full productivity of a new employee as soon as possible, we need a well-prepared and complete process of so-called onboarding. Introducing new employees into the business well done affects employee productivity but also the time that will remain in the organization.

Content of the training:

In order to get a new employee to their full productivity as soon as possible, we need well-prepared and complete process which ranges from the selection of candidates, preparation for their first working day, adequate and gradual transfer of knowledge, manager support to interviews and final assessment of whether a person has met the probationary period. It is extremely important to form and clearly communicate our expectations and set Structured knowledge transfer.

This training will help you:

  • Identifying the key steps of onboarding for your organization
  • designing and creating an Onboarding plan for an individual employee according to business needs (organizations, departments)
  • creating an orientation day or an onboarding program, depending on the size and need of the user
  • connecting onboarding processes with further employee development and continuous learning
  • utilization of additional programs such as mentoring but also tools that contribute to the success of onboarding

Note – this training builds on basic education. But in the event that a potential user has prior knowledge of the Onboarding process, then he can only access this education.
