The training is designed as a practical introduction to Airtable with concrete examples of converting everyday Excel scenarios into a more advanced solution. Participants will learn how to import existing Excel data, establish relations between tables (which in Excel would require complex formulas), create custom forms for entering data, and filter and sort data by multiple criteria at the same time.

Special attention will be paid to the practical benefits of Airtable over Excel: options to connect different datasets, flexible display options, easy collaboration and integration with other tools like Google Calendar or Gmail. The workshop is accessible to anyone who uses Excel spreadsheets in their day-to-day business – from inventory and client tracking to task organisation and timesheets – and is intended for users with no programming experience who want to improve the organisation of their data.
