How to design, design and execute training

Employee training and development programmes are key to the success of companies around the world. Not only do these programs offer opportunities for staff to improve their skills, but also for employers to increase employee productivity and improve company culture. Employees involved in staff training and development are more likely to feel good about their employers. They are also more likely to do their job well, achieving a positive performance that increases the company's reputation among customers and other stakeholders.

Content of the training:

Before the training, participants are sent a survey, based on which the content is modularly adjusted to their needs and the size of the company (three-4 modules are selected, numbered in brackets).

(1) Different ways to transfer knowledge, starting from the basics of teaching design (instructional design) with a focus on practical examples of how to transfer knowledge and lifelong learning.

(2) Together with the participants we create programs of synchronous internal knowledge sharing (lunch and learn) or

(3) Asynchronous by creating digital courses with tools they already have access to (PowerPoint i Canva).

(4) We continue with advice on whether and when to set up a learning management system (LMS), and how to cover educational needs that you cannot offer yourself.

(5) At the highest level, participants learn how learning strategies relate to the strategic needs of the company (e.g. how strategic skills are defined at the company level).
