Title of education

Internal education and training of employees through online platforms

The aim of the training is to introduce participants to digital tools and approaches to the organization of business education, encourage them to think about the importance of digital transformation and empower them with the skills and knowledge necessary for the successful application of digital tools in the internal education of employees.

Content of the training:

Attending education develops the basic skills needed to design and organize e-education in business environments. The training covers the following topics, accompanied by the practical work of the participants:
• Planning and organization of internal/business education.
• Digitalisation of education and distance learning in business environments.
• Digital tools for managing learning and increasing the efficiency of training delivery.
• Easily create educational materials and content.
• Evaluation of implemented business educations.

what is

de minimis?

Low-value aid; the total amount of which may not exceed €200,000 per undertaking, or €100,000 in the case of an undertaking engaged in road transport for hire or reward, in any period within three fiscal years.

In doing so, all de minimis aid shall be taken into account (aggregated) irrespective of the instrument, purpose and level of the de minimis granting authority.
